  • Non-Compliance: If the customer fails to comply with our terms of service or any applicable regulations.
  • Third-Party Services: If the issue arises from services provided by third parties.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

  • 1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Provide the following information:
